Privacy policy

OpenTune is a radio directory and player. We do not require an account, sell personal information, or use advertising trackers.

What we store

• Your favourite stations are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
• Google Analytics may store _ga cookies used to distinguish visits.
• Aggregate request logs are kept for up to 14 days for operational debugging.
• We use Cloudflare in front of our origin; their privacy practices apply to traffic that reaches them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page usage, successful station plays, Library actions, searches and App Store button clicks. We do not send station names, stream URLs, Library contents or the text of your searches.

Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and may set _ga cookies. Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation remain disabled. See Google's privacy policy.

Audio streams

When you play a station, your browser connects to our stream proxy, which fetches the station's stream and forwards bytes back to you. We do not modify, record or analyse stream contents.
